Terms of Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return one or more items, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and/or without signs of washing, in perfect condition with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at martacoelhobrand@gmail.com, please in your email, include the following information: Your order number, the items from the order that you wish to return, the reason for your return and additional comments, if desired. After you received our address in your email, please sent us your item.

If your return is accepted, the customer must bear the shipping costs for the return and our brand is not responsible for any losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process, they will not be returned. For greater security, the parcel should be sent by registered post to the address provided in the email. 

Marta Coelho will not pay any taxes or customs duties on returned products. However, we will bear the shipping costs in the event of an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 
The fastest way to do Exchanges, to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

We cannot be held responsible for misuse or incorrect washing of items. We therefore suggest that you consult our advice on the Care to take available in the description of each product.

 

No exchanges or returns are made on personalised items.

 

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refunds will be issued on the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
