Shipping policy

If the product you ordered is in stock, it will be delivered 1-3 days after purchase by our shipping partners. If your item is not in stock, please note that there is a 2-week processing time before shipment for each order, please note that Marta Coelho is a eco-responsible brand and we try to produce what is necessary and have less waste.
Delivery is via CTT, with tracking code, you will receive an automatic email with your shipping number as soon as your parcel leaves our premises. Please wait a few hours before checking it - it may not appear in the system immediately. 
As a rule, the estimated delivery time for Portugal is around 1 working day, for Europe around 3 a 5 working days and for the rest of the world around 5 a 10 working days. (These are the indicative delivery times for the main destinations and do not include customs clearance time, if necessary).
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. we are not responsible for delays due to customs. 
Note that delivery times may be longer during festive seasons.
